About Desert Hills High School
Desert Hills High School strives for academic excellence, with high expectations for all students. The faculty and staff promote expectations in a caring and respectful manner, and provide a warm and family-friendly environment for our students.
Together with our students, we are continually working to impact academic performance on standardized tests, and are accomplishing this through our quality education initiative, which provides challenging and relevant class lessons closely aligned to state standards.
Desert Hills is committed to graduating lifelong learners who are prepared to move forward confidently, as high achievers in today’s society.
Featured at Desert Hills are a full range of sports and athletic programs, including volleyball, basketball, soccer, softball and cheerleading for girls, and football, basketball, soccer and baseball for boys.
Advanced Placement (AP) and honors courses are also available, along with dual enrollment business classes taught in conjunction with Chandler/Gilbert Community College.
